When I cleared NET and JRF during the initial period when UGC NET was introduced, all that I did was to look into the syllabus of NET, compare it with my PG syllabus, identified the similarities and differences and prepared a plan of study. Just by doing this I could clear NET as well as JRF at the first attempt and I was the only person to do it in the place where I took the test.

I would like all those who have completed the NET examination to share with others what you did and how you prepared yourself for the examination.

I would like all those who are struggling with NET tell the others what you have learned from the experience of taking the examination repeatedly.

I would like the first timers to tell the others what they are doing and how they are preparing themselves and check with the group, if they are on the right track.
